[ As Willibald El Diablo ].
ABV: 11.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocoalte, dark malt, dark fruit, earthy, light smoke. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, earthy, chocolate, smoke - earthy, spicy - cinnamon - chili. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220512]

Tap@Resident Culture/Willibald/Forager TTO, M&F (11/05/2022) -Sweet dark malty with lots of chocolate and caramel, fudge and toffee, some chilli heat and hop spice bite into the dark malty finish.

Draught @ MBCC 2022, Copenhagen. Spicy and roasty with some hints of cinnamon and vegetabley chili notes
Taster at MBCC 22. Almost Black with brown head. Roasted malts, Chocolate, spice, some chilli sting.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is nutmeg, mild chili, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, again quite some nutmeg, a tiny chili bite. Oily mouthfeel, very low carbonation. Could use less nutmeg and more cinnamon & chili for me.
