[ As Sand City Stuck No. 3 (Bourbon Barrel, Chocolate and Maple) ].
ABV: 13.0%. Clear dark black colour with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, maple, bourbon. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, bourbon - barrel, maple, sour fruit - dried fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feelis warming and light alcoholic. [20220512]

750ml bottle I bought at the brewery, pours a viscous black with a little bit of brick red head. Nose has dried cherries, malt, molasses, plenty of booze. Flavor is really just chocolate syrup and booze, a little raisin, there is some dark cherry or even cranberry which makes me think infection. Finishes thin, oily, astringent. Not good.

Bottle share@Alvarado TTO, Himmeriget (12/05/2022) - Sweet dark malty with sticky sweet maple, chocolate, silky mouthfeel and full bodied, nice bourbon kissed lingering malty finish. Lovely.

750ml. bottle @Himmeriget, Copenhagen (Denmark). 12/05/2022 [#4.863 Global - #626 United States of America - #3 Sand City Brewing Company] Pours black with a small tan head. Sweet maple, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Hints of maple. Very good but just a bit.

Bottle @ Himmeriget. Black with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, maple and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 120522

Bottle. Black color with off-white head. Aroma is roast, chocolate, not so much maple yet. Taste is thick chocolate, some roast again, here's the maple, very thick and a bit of booziness too. Thick oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Solid!
