Bottle @ home. Black body under a small brown head. Strong aroma of dark malt, chocolate, alcohol and dry fruit. Taste is very sweet dark malt, dark chocolate, dry fruit, aquavit kind of alcohol and some caramel. Full bodied with long lasting, sweet and boozy aftertaste. Amazing that this is made without any adjuncts, very similar to a pastry stout with chocolate, syrup and molasses.

Bottle from Brætspilscafeen Horsens @ Bønnerup. Pours pitch black small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, licorice. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, coffee, chocolate, sweet licorice, alcohol. Full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish loads of warming alcohol. 010624

Aus der Flasche (bbe 01.04.2027) im 2022-10 getrunken. Dieses schwergewichtige IStout kommt einem öligen Mundgefühl und viel dunkler Schokoladen Aroma daher. Der Alkoholgehalt ist pefekt eingebunden. Wieder ein großes Stout von Nerdbrewing.
