Ma Che draught, 5/14/24. Hint of haze. Dark cherry-rose. Small, pink head. Good retention. Tart, juicy, really well done cherries. Very pulpy and with soft Brett, lots of wheat and no aggression. Chewy, pulpy, fruity, juicy, low lactic, low Brett. More fruit beer than sour here. Though as it warms some light Brett and very light lactic increases. The cherry is so dense and juicy.

0,25l from tap at Arrogant Pub. Vintage 2021. Reddish hazy color, small white head. Smells marzipan, stone fruits, light cherries, cherry pits, sour cherries. Lovely smell. Medium body, light carbonation. Tastes of cherries, marzipan, cherry pits, bit lactic, earthy, peppery. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, lactic notes and marzipan. Nice stuff, loved the smell. Taste is nice but a bit on the sour side. Overall bordering on very good

Draught at Luppolo 12, Roma. Cloudy, reddish colored. AROMA- sour, leather, funky, cherry. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly tart, full of cherries, leather. Medium bodied. Really good.

Bottle sample at a tasting a troubles' place. Thanks zvikar. Cloudy red. Great cherries, funk, some lacto, sour, lemony note. Very good.
