We made a double IPA with our friends at Het Uiltje. The plan was a simple one; chuck in a silly and irresponsible amount of hops, keep the malt and body light and what could go wrong? Mosaic, citra, Simcoe and chinook all contribute to a massive piney, resinous hit followed by tropical fruit and warming alcohol.

330 ml can. Pours a clear gold with full head. Aromas of grass, pine, and resin. Flavors of pithy citrus, dry spicy resin, grass, dank fruit and toasted malt. A Euro style hop bomb.

Keg @ Piccadilly Tap after IMBC. Pours a hazy yellowy orange, white head. Nice juicy orange aroma which continues to taste, some light spice and resin but it's mainly about the juice with additional passionfruit and mango emerging. Great stuff.

Milky straw yellow pour with a lively off-white head. Massive pot up front, with additional notes of caramelized onions, unripe pineapple, a bit of melon, passion fruit, mango, papaya, clementines. Really rich hop profile, very light bitterness. Delicious stuff, probably the best (non-homebrewed) Dutch-made NE IPA, though I am not sure I should call it Dutch, since it’s brewed in the UK.

Can from Kihoskh, CPH. Hazy orange with a white head. Hoppy with grapefruit, mango, resin and some peach. The body was medium as was the bitterness. Kind of easy to drink.
