In late summer 2021, we made a macerated wine from grape varieties as Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer. After primary fermentation, we added the wine to a barrel of beer we brewed 9 months earlier. Just before bottling the beer underwent a short maceration with some Moro bloodoranges.

Vintage 2023. Orange body, with a small, yellowish head. Aroma of bitter orange, spicy white wine, citrus, some funk. Tastes quite similar, with more cheesy funk. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, vinous, spicy, wooden, funky, with bitter orange. Unique and interesting, as always. Quite complex, with the bitter orange, vinous and funky notes really well balanced. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Bottle at goodbye Kollektiv tasting. Bit hazy bright golden. Huge orange, both zest and juice, bitter herbs, mango, grapes, lemon zest. Over medium bitter, less sour and sweet. Medium bodied.

2023 Ed Little rim, hazy pinkish beer. Nice fruity nose with citrus and hints of wild yeasts. Mild lactic acid, fruity mix with oranges and other fruitesters. Light, fruitslick, soft texture. Nice! Txs to the blenders' gang!

Magnumflaska från Antidoot, 2022. Något blekguldig med vit krona. Stor, fyllig arom där blodapelsinen hamnar i förgrunden, även om druvorna och vinet ger en botten med mycket gula russin och lite toner av torkad aprikos. I smaken ungefär desamma, men även här tar blodapelsinen verkligen förgrunden. Rejäl skalbeska och bitterhet. Nästan så att man anar två sorters beska - från druvorna/klasarna och apelsinerna. Efter stund kommer fruktigheten från blodapelsinen fram än mer, och bitterheten står aningens tillbaka. Vinet och blodapelsinen integreras mycket snyggt. Gott, fylligt, kaxigt.

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of oranges, more oranges, funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of oranges, more oranges, funky, bitter, dry, dried orange peel. Aftertaste: more oranges, bitter, orange peel. Not much else going on here except for the orange. Weird.

0,15l from bottle at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. 03/22. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells grapes, light yogurt, spices, peppery, oranges. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peppery, oranges, grassy, earthy, herbal, some grapes, bit joghurt. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, earthy and peppery notes. Good stuff overall
