Ka is our perpetua: worts from different coolship are added to the perpetua (a kind of solera) one after another, and spontaneously fermented thank to the resident microflora.
raw materials: local organic barley malt, local organic wheats of evolutionary populations, aged hops, local wild sour cherries
no sour pitch, nor yeast, nor brett, nor bacteria were added

0,15l from bag in box at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Reddish murky color, small off white head. Smells of cherries, earthy, bit funky, peppery. Nice smell. Medium body, light carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, earthy, cherries, marzipan, peppery. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of cherries, marzipan and earthy notes. Pretty good one, nice cherry notes, good to drink
