Cordelia is a saison with boysenberries featuring Elwha River Spelt and Monica Oat Pale from our friends at LINC Malt comprising the base beer. Rounded out by three months of conditioning in our oak foeder, it’s resplendent with vivid notes of jammy boysenberry pie, with a dry finish to keep it refreshing and light on the palate.

Bottle. Pours ruby red, clear, medium white pink head, good lacing. Aroma is berries, funk, dust, oak, blueberry, basement. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, bright berries. Light body, soft mouthfeel.

Ooo nice boysenberry sweetness and funk. Fair isle can do no wrong. Can't wait to visit them one day. Always soft flavorful deliciousness.

Poured from bottle @ FHF 2022 (backlog notes from Aug 06). Hazy ruby red with pinkish white head. Lots of jammy berry, flavourful, enjoyable.

Hazy purplish hue. Light berry nose, fresh plummy taste. Boysenberry? Nice, not sure I would have called that.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a deep dark reddish with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with jammy, tart boysenberries that dominate… mmm. Flavour is loaded with pithy, jammy boysenberries, gentle tartness, and a little bugs. The nose is much better than the flavour. A little underwhelming and lacking complexity. Decent.
