Sample at Ratio Beerworks. Clear pale yellow-gold color with a medium thin frothy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Grassy hop, malt and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with a mildly spicy hop character and flavors of citrus and bready malt. The finish is crisp with a grassy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Wayfinder, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some grassy hops, light herbal hops, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour has a bright grassy hops character, with crackery malt, and an aggressive carbonation that elevates the beer. Simple but clean and well-brewed. Very good.

Aromas are those of a good traditional Bavarian pilsner - Pale malt, fresh cut grass, spice and a bit floral. Flavors are similar to nose, great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Just right body. Slightly sweet finish. Very nice beer.
