330ml bottle, lot 242, bought at Vinmonopolet Oslo City. Shared with Finn back home. Dense, white head, hazy orange coloured body, scattered lacing. Dusty hops and malty sweetness on the nose. Malt-fruity flavoured, caramel and ripe orange, hints of yeasty spices. Malt-fruity ending, on the sweet side of bittersweet. Quite alright. (Tromsø 06.06.2022).

Spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien. Varm gylden. Uklar. Middels høyt tett kritthvitt skum. Aroma av krydder & epler. Smaken det samme. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

Bottle. Unclear golden body under a dense, lacing off-white head. Aroma has pale malt, grain, toffee, dough and yeast. Taste is sweet malt, bread, dough, marmalade, spicy yeast and moderate bitterness. Fine body and same aftertaste. Do not find the IPA reference here and it’s not a very classic Belgium ale either, quite average actually but still drinkable and also a food friendly beer.

Bottle. It's a hazy golden colored beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite malty, with caramel, bread dough and yeast notes, a generic fruityness and some grassy, flowery and peppery hints. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated and smooth, with a good balance between sweetness and dryness. The flavor is more on the fruity side, peachy and lightly tropical with a light grass note, flowers and a backdrop of caramel and bread. Some peppery almost chili-ish notes in the finish. Not much IPA-ish going on here, and as a Belgian pale ale it's quite average. Sure drinkable though. 220504
