A single hop showcase for Vic Secret, we absolutely love how the bright tropical notes of pineapple, passionfruit and quince cut through the clean pine needle and citrus peel bitterness. In a stroke of genius, our brew team pulled the whirlpool temperature of this beer down to 75 degrees, adding only 7.5kg at this stage; leaving us with so much more for that sweet sweet dry-hop charge. Named for our favourite random pub-quiz winning fact (who knew Chas & Dave played the riff sampled in My Name Is by Eminem?), this beer is perfect for long afternoons in the sun.
