Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple peel, fresh apples, flowers, grass, citrus, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, apple peel, sour unripe apples, flowers, hay, grass, minerals, alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

YG 080921. Pale straw color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavor is apple, sulphur, grass, ripe apple, yellow apple. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl. Thx Bryne, for getting this one. It's a faintly hazy pale straw colored cider with some carbonation but not really anything head-like. The aroma has lots of ripe apple, some apple cores and a touch of grass and autumn evening orchard. Some notes of honeydew melon and red berries. It's quite tart and dry on the palate, with a touch of carbonation. The flavor is more distinctively apple than the aroma, overripe generic yellow apples, some unripe apple, with hints of grass and melon. Lasting flavor with some red berry hints, redcurrant mostly but also a faint note of sweet strawberries, and mostly ripe apple with a touch of unripe apple bitterness and tartness. Anyway, it's a very pleasant cider indeed, well worth a revisit. 210908

Stor takk til den alltid omtenksomme seremonimester Melberg for denne 0,75 flasken, som jeg delte med overkommandoen: klar, blek strågul med et aldri så lite rosa hint. Kort bruseskum. Deilig aroma og smak av spise- og ciderepler i perfekt harmoni. Superfrisk, slank og delikat. Både jeg og Kitty tar gjerne et gjensyn med denne, og vi gleder oss til nye kreasjoner fra Fevoll.

330 ml clear bottle, batch #20202, from the cidery. I also got a 750 ml bottle. ABV is 6.2%. Clear and extremely pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling, minimal head. Nice aroma of sweet dessert apples, a hint of sulphites. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, with a nice fruitiness of eating apples, hints of bitter cider apples, some tannins, a hint of sulphites. Refreshing, might well buy again.
