Incubus is a bright pink cloudy beer with a thick pinkish off-white head.

Aroma is juicy and fruity – sour sweet blackcurrant harmonies perfectly with refreshing minty notes. First taste is sour berry, blackcurrant juicy. Jammy sweetness and minty freshness in the middle taste. Herbal and citrusy notes in aftertaste - blackcurrant leaves and lime peel.

Incubus is refreshing and summery sour ale, which has an excellent thirst-quenching effect, but is also perfect to accompany various cold desserts.

Draught@TCBW2022. Pink colour, small head. Aroma is blackccurrant, raspberries and some mild tartness to it. Flavour is pretty much similar with some mild minty and aloe vera tones to it.

On tap at Uba ja Humal. Pours ruby red with an off-white head. Tart berries, funk, a bit medicinal.

33cl can from Rimi, Tallinn. Pours muddy red with a pinkish head. Peppermint and blackcurrant is dominating the aroma. Sour and somehow refreshing with a bit strange flavour combination. Works out fair enough.

Draft sample @ Swafff! 2022 - shared with the Gentse Bierverniging team.
Couleur pourpre, col rosé finement effervescent.
Arôme est fort fruité - baies rouges et noires, arbustes sauvages, petite touche épicée en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur une base clairement axée sur les baies - côté un peu myrtille, cassis, finement herbacé, baies rouges, finement acidulé - pas vraimetn retrouvé le caractère citorn vert. Le côté sour de la bière de base est bien marqué.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
