Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed gold with small white head and light touch of sediment. Very nice funk and balance after 3 years. Enjoyable.

Bottle: Poured a golden color gueuze with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some green apple notes with some tart notes and light oak/vinosu notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of funky ester with some tart notes with some oak and vinous notes with a smooth green apple finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Excellent gueuze with great balance of flavors, great level of complexity and high drinkability.

Thick, slightly pinkish tinted off-white head, exceptionally stable for a gueuze, over fully hazy, very lively carbonated orange-yellow beer. Lemony gueuze, with wheat and lactic acid; milkripe grains, old wood, oak. Lemony gueuze in the flavour as well, mild lactic acid, wheat, bit farmyard, white grapes, lime, limepeel, buttermilk and white bread. Lipsmacking acidity, slight acidburn and -thinning, very well-carbonated. Another tour-de-force. Prime gueuze. Txs to Stef!

750mL bottle at DHVL, pours a hazy bright golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out a wonderfully expensive, with intense barnyard funk, hay, and big oak. Flavour is big and funky, with loads of barnyard funk, horse blanket, a touch of citrus, and oak. Softer on the palate than expected from the pungent nose. Really wonderful blend.
