ABV: 7.1%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, berries, vinous, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. tart, berries, vinous, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210605]

Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Brown colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very acetic flavor. Long acetic finish. Creamy palate.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Dark brown color. Caramel, apple and vanilla in the aroma. Malty caramelly sour flavor with apple and vanilla. Can’t really taste the promised Tennessee barrel.

Bottle in front of De Bierkoning @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017, with the Dutch RB clan. Dark brown color. Light beige head. Aroma’s: roasted, funky, dark fruit, sourish. Retronasal it’s sourish, sweetish, funk, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate sour, boozy, bourbon. Medium bodied, Finishes with bourbon, sourish.
