Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is fresh fruity, dusty apples, fresh hops, leafs, flowers, apple peel, citrus, grass, herbs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, apple cores, fresh hops, flowers, leafs, dusty apples, citrus, grass, apple peel, hints of alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.

Clear golden, no head. Aroma of ripe, yellow apples, taste is zesty, very fruity and appealing. An elegant dry cider, lacks nothing on a fine champagne.

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival pre-tasting. It pours a clear pale straw colored body. Some carbonation and a few white bubbles. Perfumed, apple aroma with a touch of apple cores and a hint of leaves. It’s nicely carbonated and quite dry on the palate, medium to full bodied, with a light acidity. Apple, some apple cores and a leavey, grassy touch, quite perfumed. Lasting finish with lots of apple. A bit straight forward this one, but refreshing. 220812

0,75 flasek fra Apal Sideri, oppmerksomt overlevert av seremonimester Melberg og delt med Kitty og Einar: klar blek strågylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Frisk, syrlig og en tanke skarp smak. Aromaen har i tillegg noe lett parfymert over seg. Deilig eplesyrlighet (og diskret humlebitterhet) i avslutningen.

750 ml green bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 7%. Apple varieties are Discovery and Gravenstein, hops are also added. Clear and extremely pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. "Perfumed" aroma of roses and sweet apples, a spicy hint of hops. Light bodied for its strength. Slightly dry flavour of apples, noticeable bittering hops.
