This Burnabarian was put to sleep in gin barrels with brettanomyces and lactobacillus for a year, and was then woken up with the zest and juice of a couple hundred limes and dry-hopped with Saaz before bottling.

Nice foam on a clear gold body. Smells of very good lime, sweet and spritzy, a little candyish. Taste is an excellent meld of tart lime and sour grain, ends with lingering tartness and grain. Very nice, just the right amounts of sweet and tart.

Clear gold with a decent white head. Lime and savoury botanicals. Soft line and botanicals with a peppery and bready finish. Not nearly as aggressive as I would assume.

Pale and hazy. Frothy head. Assertive lime. Nice full bodied saison base, clean pale malts, a bit yeasty, then the tartness and a bit of bugs, then the lime gets layered over top of all this.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by botanicals from the gin barrels, with gentle floral notes and a hint of rustic character. Flavour is also dominated by the gin upfront, with plenty of botanicals upfront; there's rustic notes further back, as well as some lacto-like yogurty character. Plenty going on, but I'm not a huge fan of the gin barrel aging or the general structure of the beer. It's alright—subpar for this series.

Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Lime, brett, floral, dry-ish finish, quite nice.

Hazy to cloudy blond colour. Lemony, wild, quite strong on the botanical, but at least it's not flowery, it smells a bit doughy, a lot going on here, very good.
