Draught Shortlived, light-pink head over deep red beer. Raspberry, moderate if unmistakably natural. Lactic acid, lactose. Fresh raspberries, intense, ultra-dry and tart. Other fruitaromas, but I wouldn't have identified blackcurrant. Light, txs to acidthinning and -burn; fruitslickness. Really excellent non-lambic fruitsour.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hopy nice paspberry aroma. Moderate acetic and bitter flavor. Average moderate acetic finish. Oily palate.

(Draught at Myslís?, Prague, 20 July 2023) Dark red colour with brief, pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with red fruit, raspberries, black-currant and a touch of vanilla. Fruity, tart taste with notes of raspberries, black-currant, citrus, vanilla and red ruit. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fairly straight-forward, but rich, tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

Tap at Salon piva. Thin body, med-highcarbonation. Med-light yogurty lacto funk. Medium sourness, med-light tartness, light bitterness. Medium blackcurrant and raspberry fruitiness. Overall tasty, easy drinking, pretty good.

(tap 0,5l @ Malt Worm (Brno)) Overall: Nice flavored sour. Interesting black currant taste. Aroma: Raspberry, sweet. Appearance: Clear red. Long lasting pink head. Taste: Black currant, berry-sour, medium sweet. Palate: Medium body. Light sour finish.

Can at DBK, thx Matija. Hazy ruby, almost no head (pinkish). Raspberry dominates over black currant both in aroma and the taste, but they are both there, hibiscus tea-like notes and a strong lactic sourness. It is what it is.
