Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Seems clear, red to black colored. AROMA- pleasantly lightly smoked, bacon, roasted, light chilli peppers, creamy, nougat, some cherries and plums. FLAVOR- really smooth and silky, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, slightly chilli hot, chocolate, pralines, a bit smoky, nice chilli, nougat, caramel, touch of coffee. Medium bodied. So smooth, very well balanced. Great.

Bottle at BBT 7/2022. Medium body, medium carbonation. Slightly soapy in aroma, not in the taste. There is med-high bitterness, rather low sweetness, medium chilli heat (not so much as to be bothersome). Flavour-wise I get medium beech smoke, light coffee, a hint of chilli flavour and little else. Feels a bit off-balance style-wise, but nothing dramatic. Wedged somehwere in between a stout and porter, drinkable, interesting. Good, but not great.

Bottle at BBT 07/2022. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, light smoked notes, light coffee, chilly in taste, medium bitter, light sourish notes. Medium body, malty roasty bitter finish with light chilly warming finish. Ok.

Tap at sedm stupnu. Pitch black body, lasting, thick off-white head. Smokey aroma, pršut / prosciutto mostly. Smokey, somewhat lean taste, prosciutto ending with a solid burn. Ah, thus the name. Not bad IMO, but didn't thrill me as much as the others.

Tap at Salon Piva. Dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma of dark malt, coffee, smoke, chilli. Taste, chocolate, smoke, roasted malt, chipotle. Nice.
