Unikátní pivo vařené jednou za rok. vyjímečnost piva je ještě umocněna tím, že pivo vždy necháváme ležet téměř rok v dřevěných sudech po rumu.

0.75 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear brown, minimal head. Fruity flavours at first, caramel, dried fruit, ripe fruit, overripe figs, molasses. Hints of rum, some alcohol. Very spicy, some oak, tannic. Soft, strong, dry, tartness, dried fruit, vanilla, molasses. Tart cherry in the finish, with a dash of oak. Finishes tannic and dry.

Bottle from Pivní Rozmanitost. Shared with Ogi, Hrabren, Vran, Lukica, hopefully more people. Dark brown-red-amber body, tiny off-white head, gone quickly. Lovely aroma, raisins, solid maltiness, light barrel, creamy red wine. Lean taste, again the solid malty profile, caramelly, oily, berries, light alcohol. The creamy-tart combo is a bit weird, especially since the body is drier than most are used to in beers like these, but hats off to Vorkloster in my book.
