Bottle just called Drachselsrieder Lager (no mention of Zellertal) picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Bodenmais and consumed at home Saturday 22nd June 2024 listening to The Asteroids Galaxy Tour - Out of Frequency, It's a Greek night tonight, Souvlaki, Village Sausage (a wonderful long Sausage from Greece), Tsatsiki, homemade Pittas, Saganaki and Dakos Salad, on the wood oven in the garden. Pours clear gold with a fast disappearing white head, but it was a big head. Nice soft carbonation, enjoyable beer that deserved a better review, however I was busy cooking.

Bottle, thanks Max! Pale yellow amber, decent head. Full nose of grain and spicy hops. A hint of sweetness, decent body, moderate earthy light-metallic bitterness.

Bottle. Blonde. Soft grassy aroma and flavor with apple. Thinnish, low on hops, lacks bite and character.

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, quickly collapsing mid-sized white head; dryish grainy nose with a distinctive hoppy influence; light bodied, quite soft, light dry herbal-bitter and sweetish flavour; slightly lingering dryish bitter and grainy finish. Not bad, but a bit slim.....

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond foamy head of medium size. Citric and herbal hoppy aroma with a mildly malty background. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malty and subtle fruity taste with woody and slightly herbal notes; quite dry bitter-sweet delicately hoppy finish. 10.VIII.10

bottle, bought at the brewery. Pale yellow, large and persistent head. Hoppy and malty. Unfortunately a bit thin, slightly watery, not very full-bodied. Quite nice anyway.
