Stadt Land Bier is our canvas for an easy drinking Saison. This batch was brewed with organic malts, German Tradition and British East Kent Goldings wholecone hops. Fermented with our houseculture and moderately dry hopped. Batch no. 01-2021, table strength.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, abbastanza persistente. Al naso note erbacee, stalla, cuoio, cantina, scorsa di limone. In bocca ha un bell'amaro finale e una leggera acidità. Corpo esile, molto corta, carbonazione media. Buona.

Bottle pour at Lya's b-day bash. Pale, slightly hazy yellow body, white head. Creamy, oaky aroma, very simple, very lightly citric, very efficient. Lean, soft, oaky taste, lightly tart, citric, wonderfully soft, very much chuggable. Exactly what it aims to be, a very sessionable farmhouse ale.
