Typický charakter hořkosti byl dosažen třemi druhy žateckých chmelů a chmelením ve čtyřech fázích. Výborná pitelnost a hustá pěna, která je prosycena jemným chmelovým aromatem zaujme každého milovníka hořkých, spodně kvašených a dlouho ležených piv.

Med body, med-high carbo. Creamy mouthfeel, med-light diacetyl present. Med-high bitterness, a bit rough grassy earthy hops character. Medium esters too, generally fruity. Definitely not clean. Neither tasty. Neither very drinkable. Overall meh.

Draught (Beertime, Prague) - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Bread, yeast and some grassy and slightly fruity notes in the aroma. Earthy, herbal and slightly fruity taste with notes of rye bread, pear and sultanas. Interesting and it certainly has plenty of character.

Tap at Beertime. Hazy golden body, white head, pretty big. Dry, malty aroma, light herbal hop, somewhat yeasty. Lean taste, herbal hoppy notes, lightly minerally, some soft maltiness, but also vague green apple. A bit uneven, especially in the aroma, but tasty as a whole, had a Zwickel thing going on a little bit. It promises more hoppiness than it delivers, not that big of a bitterness, but it's a good beer really.
