A beer brewed using 100% wild new Zappa hops, found in the hills around Albuqeurque, New Mexico near the border with Mexico, which are commercially grown on hop farms in the USA. The hops are named after guitarist Frank Zappa. The hops give the beer a unique spiciness with an intense mango and citrus aroma.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest. Almost clear deep golden body, off-white head. Caramel and light coconut in the aroma. Caramelly malty taste, herbal, citric and coconutty notes before a dry, sharp herbal bitter finish. Too dry overall but okay enough.
