Pilsener Boomerang Ale

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Golden colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Beer Spot, Prague. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, flowers, citrus and malt. Light bitter fruity finish.

1L Bottle - Light amber in colour. Orange, pine, herbs and a hint of mango in the aroma. Citrusy and moderately bitter taste with notes of orange, pine, blackberries and herbs.

Tap at Salon piva. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate citrusy resiny hops character, light cheesy yeastiness. A bit harder to drink, but still good.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Crystal clear pale golden body, white head. Lighter but also tropical and peachy aroma with light onion. Hm... this was initially described as a bittering variety, not with these notes, but there you go, I guess it changed somehow? The taste is... interesting. Light peach but there's also this washed out bubblegum. Yeasty? Dunno. Not thrilling, just interesting.

1.2.2022 Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- malty, a bit floral and spicy, fruity, citrusy, apple, raspberry, gooseberry. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, malty, lightly bready, a bit floral and leafy, raspberry, apple, mirabelle. Medium bodied. Good. 7,3,7,3,7 = 3.3 22.4.2023 1l PET bottle from Pivovar Řevnice. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- decent, floral, a bit malty, wild strawberry. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malt, apple, touch of citrus, herbal, touch of bear garlic. Medium bodied.
