75cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Steady carbonation. Nose - funky bruised apple. Green apple, wood and hay. Taste - both fresh and stewed apple. Palate - Creamy medium bodied but good acidity on the finish, meaning balance generally very good. Overall -good.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A light hazed yellow petrol coloured pour with a small halo of white head.. Aroma is nice fresh cut apples, mealy,white sugars, pear drop, Flavour is composed of nice crisp and tart gresh apple, green tart appe, piunch of acidity, Palate is tart and super crisp, spritzy carbonation. Very drinkable.

750ml bottle split at Aplpha Bottle shop, Bristol. Pours hazed straw with a white cap. Aroma: apple, apple skins, fruity, light funk. Taste: tangy, apple, tart, prominently dry, light floral, with some funk.Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, white bubbly foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fleshy, apple skin, strawberry hints, fruity, alittle funk. Taste is tangy, apple, tart, fruity, strawberry, some skin, floral, with funk hint and acidic notes. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying fruity tart aciidc finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 28/05/22. Moderately hazed pale yellow with a thin crown of white bubbles. Nose is tangy apple skins, hint of strawberry, perfume, straw. Taste comprises sharp apple pulp, floral notes, bubblegum, grass, tannins, orchard wood. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Solid work.
