Bottle @ the cyder farm. No head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are rich elderflowers, apples, fruits and has a sweet elderflower finish.

6/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale golden with a large short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, elderflower, gooseberry, citrus. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly oily, quite fizzy. Quite nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 14/06/22. Pale golden yellow with a good sized white cap as it goes for ciders ... dissipates after a minute or so. Nose is apple skin, grass, herb, faint elderflower presence. Taste comprises more elderflower, light apple notes, tannins, vinous, sweet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. It's Ok ... rather on the sweet side ... tend to prefer when the elderflower adds a more bitter edge.

Taste is sweetish, elderflower, fruity, gooseberry, apple, fleshy, some citric notes and tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying floral citric finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a white colored head. Aroma is floral, apples, very sharp to the nose. Taste is semi-sweet, floral, apple, crisp, refreshing, some herbal.
