BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. 7.5% Dry Cider. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, some funk. Taste is fruity, appley, drying, some funk, woody, with tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
