1/9/2022. BIAB serving shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours hazy golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is light woody, funky, vanilla, caramel, slightly peppery and herbal, Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Didn't click with me so much.

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, light funk. Taste is fruity apple, some woody funk, bittersweet, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry bittersweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bag in a box at Hopbunker, Cardiff. Pours light hazed golden with no head. Aroma: apples, earthy, lightly tartness. Taste: towards dry, apples, light tartness, earthy. Light to medium body with low/no carbonation

(From a bag in a box at Gallow's Bird Real Ale Festival 2020) The cider poured deep golden and lightly hazy. No head. Aroma had apples, vanilla earth and lightly tartness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, tartness, vanilla and earthy finish. Aftertaste had tartness and apples. A pleasant balanced cider.

On tap at Robin Hood Beer Festival 2019. Clear golden, white head. Apples,. bit funky, dry, tart, medium acidity. Medium bodied.
