750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. Opened with a loud pop. Hazy orange golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipate away and aroma of fruity apple, floral, citric, with some farmhouse funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, fruity, orange juice notes, with alittle tartness, woody, mellow orchardy funk, caramel hint and soft drying tannins. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Very drinkable.

75cl bottle from Gloucester Services Farm Shop. Shared with Soph in Cornwall. Pours misty gold. Good whiff of fleshy, keeved-like apple fruit. Continues to taste with excellent apple definition, pleasantly fleshy, pulpy with a soft tannin finish. Very good as usual.
