Clear deepish amber beer, thin and short lived tan head. Light smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow malts, some mild creamy sweetness. Whisper of dark character. Bare trace of candy chocolate. Soft gin botanicals come to the fore on the back end. A real disappointment. Lacks Welly in every department. As a mellow 12% gin BA beer, it's okay, if you want that sort of thing!!

20/III/21 - 75cl bottle @ GBV Outside Mead Tasting, BB: XII/2024 (?) (2021-217) Thanks to Meeki for sharing the bottle!
Little cloudy red brown beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: dirty, very weird, rotting fruits, yeasty, bit funky, very dirty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very dirty, very bad, weird bitterness, soft roast, rotting fruits, bad stuff, really bad. Aftertaste: lots of band-aid, chemical, dirty, very bad one, something went completely wrong here, they shouldn’t have bottled this.

75cl bottle from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: thin, tan, bigger bubbles, quick gone. C: dark brown, almost clear. A: malty, mellow dark fruits, bit spicy, caramel, juniper alcohol touch. T: medium to full malty base, bit toast, dark fruits, juniper, woody touch, low carbonation, bit bready, nothing really special, bit too boozy yet enjoyed.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Oak, juniper, hint of caramel in the slightly herbal aroma. Malty sweet, herbal flavor with juniper, oak and gin. Dry, alcoholic finish.
