For this collab with our friends from Granizo, we went for a big fat juicy triple ipa with a combo of some of our most beloved hops: nelson sauvin, simcoe & cryo sabro. Expect intense fruitiness!

33cl can, BB 20/10/2022, lot# P499-500.
Dorée pâle, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme de suite avec un effet dank - ici, le Sabro ressort déjà bien, le côté tropical noix de coco est bien mis en avant avec une pointe de pamplemousse sur la fin.
Palais est plaisant, boozy avec les 10% tout en restant buvable, une cannette est déjà de trop pour moi. Fruité sur le tropical, effet copeau de noix de coco avec une sécheresse herbacée et une belle dose de pin dont une amertume qui vient trancher avec le Sabro. Côté Sauvin raisin blanc arrive en retrait - in fine le tout est très correcte.
In fine, une belle TIPA avec les Chiliens qui étaient de passage au festival HTD à Leuven.

Cloudy dark yellow to beige beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oh my, lovely, super juicy, very fruity, tropical fruits, mango, lovely stuff, very dank, really nice, super intense! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice, good bitterness up front, fruity, lots of citrus, very dank, really nice. Aftertaste: bitter, resinous, tropical fruits, very dank, more intense bitterness, chewy hops, some more alcohol, grapefruit, lemon, a bit sweet, very nice, really love it!

A murky and light yellow beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has fruitness, but it's messy, grapefruit. Taste has grapefruit, fructose, high alcohol % can be noticed. Medium+ bodied. Nothing wrong, but still I don't get it.

33cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: pale gold, milky hazy. A: rich fruity, orange, grapefruits, pine resin, tropical fruits mix. T: full malty base, orange, grapes, grapefruits, white wine touch, tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, pine resin touch, soft to medium carbonation, very good for the style, fully enjoyed.
