Jens Spansk Smagning 19/04/2023 - dark sweet and roasted malty with lots of chocolate, some coffee roast, caramel and toffee sticky sweetness, full body, dark malty lingering finish. Nice one.

Bottled. A black beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a dry finish.

Gusher alert - col impressionnant, très actif mais retombant aussitôt.
Couleur brune foncée, col épais moka très effervescence et pétillant.
Arôme donne de suite de belles effluves de chocolat - me rappelle un peu la Rogue Chocolat. Cacao en poudre, avec une fine note levure en retrait et une pointe d'amertume des houblons - ici, plus sur un léger fleuri.
Palais est épais, crémeux sur le chocolat avec un résiduel de grillé-caramel et un léger côté poussiéreux qui reprend en fin de bouche un pétillant actif de la bière qui vient titiller chaque gorgée accentuant la sensation de sécheresse due à la trop grande effervescence, et ce que je craignais à l'ouverture en voyant le gusher.
