Stella is crispy, hoppy and refreshing with every sip. The absence of filtration allows the fresh flavours of malt and Saaz hops to shine through for a naturally vibrant and refreshing taste. Best enjoyed chilled.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a grainy nose, with just a hint of fruit. Light bodied, fizzy, actually not a bad fruity Pilsner

Bottle from Morrisons, Woking. Aroma is sweet with a bitter herbal edge. Opaque gold. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Herbs. Woody. Followed by a sweet yeast snd citrus streak so also has a hint of sourness. Medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Soft carbonation. Long finish. A tad dry. A tad astringent. This seems to be the most hyped beer in the UK at the moment. It's not too bad. Certainly better than your standard macro lager.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from M&S. Pours clear gold with a foamy, pure white head. Pretty clean overall, light bready sweetness, a little hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, balanced sweetness, subtle grass and straw. Drinks fine.

[66cl bottle from Morrisons.] A hazy amber pour with a tight white head; yeasty aroma; bready malt body, quite sweet, but overset witha grainy bitterness. Pleasantly refreshing, a good effort at adding flavour to Stella!

660ml Bottle from Morrisons. Straw coloured with a strong white head. Aroma of grassy hops with a metallic edge. Flavour of rich tea biscuits, with a slight earthiness and hint of stone fruits. Finish was pleasantly bitter. Solid.
