Can from Cork & Cask (2021) and Co-operative (2025). Clear golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon, Lockets, burnt orange and sweet red apple. Flavour of lychee and orange barley. Thin body with a light, oily texture. Soft fizz. A subtle, juicy beer with a nice hop combination.

Rain affected day for the tourism, done a bit of that but time to bar hop for the rest of it, starting with a nice hoppy mildly fruity pale ale regular from Moonwake, which is at the other end of the tramlines that run in front of Jeremiah's Taproom where I'm drinking this one.

Can thanks to Wes. Appearance - hazy amber. Decent white head. Nose - dank, light dishcloth, orange and lightly bready. Taste - orange and bready. Orange zest at the back. Palate - light bodied, zesty and balanced bitterness on the finish. Overall - not a huge amount of high notes but imminently drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours clear gold with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour, nice clean piney bitterness, sun-kissed pale malts, orange rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, dry finish, piney bitterness, mellow rindy notes, low sweetness. Very drinkable stuff.
