Pours a darker, unclear amberblonde. Big white, stable head. Scent is beautifully balanced between malts and yeast, not at all as yeasty as I feared it to be. Quite bready, fairly mild on the (present) esters. Taste is smooth, fairly creamy body. To the sweeter side. Esters noticeable, but not OP. Kinda heavy drinker though, might benefit from a touch more 'freshness' by adding a bit more hops (both bitter and aroma ) Grainy side is very pleasant, creating a very full, intense breadyness. Well made. might be a tad to yeasty in the mouth to me, but that's more of a personal opinion than it is a technical one. Medium carbonation for the style, medium high in general. Very decent tripel.
