Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Hazy, dark brown colored. AROMA- sweet, chocolate, caramel, nuts, maple syrup. FLAVOR- really sweet, lightly bitter, roasted, nuts, cappuccino, maple syrup. Fuller to full bodied. Really not bad for such sweet thing.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is nutty, some toffee, fudge and mild roasted tones with some alcohol. Flavour is liquorice, some toffee and mild fudge to it. Vanilla, some liquorice, fudge and toffee in aftertaste.

Can via 100 piv. Very full body, medium carbonation. High sweetness, medium bitterness, med-light warmth. The alcohol is pleasant here, but overall balance leaning too heavily on the sweet side. There is lots of maple syrup, medium chocolate, tonka, med-light pecan nuts, light vanilla. Quite good, rewarding sipper. Could use a bit more balance and stoutish maltiness, but otherwise very good.

Can from Base Camp I guess. Pitch black body, quickly disappearing off-white head, beige even. Creamy, caramelly vanilla-tonka-maple aroma with some nutty undertones - yup, all's there. Sweet taste, lean, Nutella touches, if slightly raisiny, fruity, pecans show up in force here, backed by maple sweetness, it's mostly that combo there, only a little vanilla in the background. Tasty, but genuinely too sweet. Would work on ice cream.

--Canned, thanks Marko! -- Pitch black, small head. Aroma of maple syrup, vanilla and tonka beans. Extremely sweet with full body and sticky, viscous mouthfeel. Sugared maple syrup, pecans, tonka beans and vanilla. No trace of beer. Achingly sweet finish with warming alcohol.
