Bottle at the Gyllene Uttern. Golden body, lazy carbonation. White head. Sweetish fermented apple and oaky notes. Lean taste, very oaky, fermented apple, bit tart, prickly. Quite okay. Just a bit too thin to carry that profile.

--Bottled at Gyllene Uttern, Gränna. -- Clear golden, small head. Tart, concentrated apple aroma. Dry to tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated winegum-y Gränna Smith apples. Musty with some yeasty notes. Mild apple skin bitterness.
