Bottle, 75cl corked. A hazy orangey golden colored beer with a finger-thick white head. Some lacing. The aroma is faintly chalky, rather funky, with fruityness, pear, apple cores, cellar and wood notes, lemon and a faint touch of pale malts. It’s tart and full-bodied, softly carbonated and sour, with mostly funky flavors. Some quinch too, but subtle. Wood, cellar and a hint of pale malts. Some chalky hints. Lasting fruity and sour finish. Interesting for sure, although a bit too subtle and chalky. 221126

N° 7 - 21|22 Medium, if rather stable just off-white head over orangey-golden beer. Farmyard, saddle soap, horseblanket, sucad, moss, preserved oranges and - indeed - quinces, with the usual sugarness removed. Dry, sour oranges, and some exotic... grains? Quince Basbousa, lemon. Tart, dry-out effect, acidthinning, good carbonation (with even some lace). Very balanced, resulting in yet another just great 3F beer. Thanks to Stef!
N° 76 22|23 Small whitish/transparant rim over veiled yellow-orange to golden beer. End of bottle solid deposit. Typical 3F nose, with horseblanket/farmyard and meadow flowers. Lemonrind, and - indeed - quince with its delicate acidic-sweetish aroma. Quite sour, acidic, very harsh. Fruity esters, but the quinces are no longer obvious. Unripe banan. Sharp MF, acidburn and -thinning, good carbonation, agressive. Dry-out effect. This batch must be one for the Danish and Yanks. Way less impressive than the 21|22. Would make 8/8.5/7.5/6/7.5 Txs to Joren!
Hapu, puuviljane, tsitrus, nats hapet, pirn. Hea.

Flaska från 3 Fonteinen. Blend n˚7 · season 21 - 22. Brandgul, lätt disig med vit krona. Fantastisk doft med snyggt integrerad frukt. Massor av mjöliga äpplen, cidertoner, fint djup, päron, lite champagnetoner. Samma i smaken. Fylligt och snyggt och utan att bli obalanserat. Mycket gott.

Bottle shared at Zwanze Day 2022, Stoney. It pours hazy dull orange with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, sherbet, zingy, definite quince, fizzy candy, fizzy cola bottles, juniper, stone fruits, apricot, peach, fanta, floral, orange blossom and seltzer. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, salty cracker, minerality, fizzy candy, tangfastics, quince, apple skin, pear, woody, leather, tannin, oak, vinous, lemon - lime and grapefruit with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice, bright, funky and unique character.
Ty Harri S. Sour, acidic, clay, gooseberry, plums, vinegarish
Ty Harri S. Hapu, puuviljane, pirnine, veits peerune, nats happeline. Ok.
