9/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale golden with a minimal bubbles. Aroma of sweet caramel, green apple, sugary stewed apples. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Easy drinker, nicely balanced. Enjoyed it.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, caramel, fudge. Taste is sweet, apple, green apple, caramel, custard, acidic, alittle tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-sweet lightly tannic finish. Quite OK
