Bottle 33 cl. Pours a reddish orange with an of-white head. Fresh berry-like aroma with notes of leathery Brett. Medium body, very dry and minerally, funky but not overly tart., slightly salty actually. Sorta interesting, and definitely much better than the last rhubarb beer I had from this nice band of brothers. 151217

Orange lett tåkete med lavt beige skum. Lukter rabarbra, tyttebær og gress. Middels- i fylde. Sur og fruktig. Smaker rabarbra, lett av syrlige epler og noe emmen sur tyttebær.

Cloudy red-pink aroma. Very interesting aroma, sour and vegetable, red beets. Moderate acidity, lean body, strong rhubarb character, a bit astringent in the final. Nice.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Slightly unclear amber/orange with a small off-white head. Nice aroma of rhubarb, raspberries and tea. Flavor is smooth and fruity like aroma with raspberries and rhubarb, moderate acidity and just a bit on the sour side. Medium body and fruity, slightly acidic aftertaste. Nice and harmonic fruit beer, almost a bit too easy.

Bottle - Soured red Berry and some funk. Cloudy orange pink with a decent white head. Soured red fruit, yeasty creamy notes and a touch of pepper.

330ml bottle at Brian’s office. Bottled in Feb-2017, bb 2022-02-15. Pours a rose golden woth a slightly rose head. Aroma is crazy with lots of rhubarb notes, some seeds and raspberries. Same taste, quite fruity. Not bad.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright peachy pink with a small pink-tinged white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy, yeasty rhubarb and raspberries, a touch of funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of pithy raspberries, a hint of the rhubarb, and light funky yeast. Dirty, but also bright and fruity. Nice stuff.
