Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, then peaty, whisky, smoked, wood, earthy, salt, tangy, tannic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peaty smoked woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 24/06/22. Clear deep golden to copper with a white cap that soon vanishes. Nose is dusty apples, oak, vinous, smoke, subtle peated whisky. Taste comprises apple, tannins, caramel, light smoke, barnyard notes, apple core. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Solid flavoursome BA cider ... good balance ... the peated effect doesn't dominate.

Bottle at home picked up from the Orachard / Cidery. An almost clear mid orange coloured pour with some fading bubbles. Aroma is salty peaty islay cask, smoky, bark, rubber, tart green apple, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart apple, big islay whisky, laphtroig, smoke, rubber, woody tannin. Palate is semi sweet and tart, almost still, Good complexity.
