330ml. bottle. @Trollekelder, Gent (Belgium). 07/09/2022 [#5.395 Global - #231 Belgium - #1 Stroom (My Belgian brewery #98)] Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: lot of belgian yeast, citrus and spiced malts. Taste: belgiany yeast with lemon zest and coriander. Medium sweetness. Enjoyable. Next one please!

17/VII/22 - 33cl can from Stroom brewery, shared @ home, BB: 20/IV/23 (2022-885)

Clear to little cloudy gold blond beer, big creamy dense white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, lots of apples and pears, yeasty, a bit sourish, hay, fruity touch, a bit oxidized (already?), some marzipan. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish up front, fruity, apples, bitter, dry, a bit wry even, hay, some cider impressions. Aftertaste: a bit sourish, apple skin, a little bitter, wry, a bit yeasty, ok. Not great. I have the feeling this might be infected?
