Part of the 'Together Again' series, brewed with our friends at Time & Tide.

Set up on the stunning Kent coast by 3 friends from Deal, Time & Tide Brewing are fuelled by passion, a sense of fun, and an unrelenting dedication to making the best beer they can. In 2019 they started collaborating with the Deal Hop Farm, growing hops on a patchwork farm in and around Deal. They use Prima Donna hops to make more traditional beers in cask and cans. Together have brewed Big Fish, Little Fish, a big, juicy TIPA with a light finish showcasing dank Idaho 7, pineapple juice El Dorado, and soft, citrus NZ Cascade.

440ml can. Sweet, herbal and floral hoppy with loads of grassy notes, some hay, citrus, pine, pineapple, tropical fruits, papaya and mango, hints of peach and orange. A bit too sweet and heavy, would work better as a DIPA.

On tap at The Kentish Belle, Bexleyheath. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Nose is pineapple, peach, mango, nectarine. Humungous burst of sweet fruits in the taste - papaya, mango, pineapple, tangerine, peach, nectarine, touch of grapefruit coming through in the back end. Joocy frooty finish. Right up my Rue de la Yum 😋.

Thick, sweet, hoppy, boozy. Ripe tropical fruit and pineapple, a bit on the canned side. Quite boozy, definitely some triple sec in the finish. Hefty, nice.
