Small transparant head over reddish copper-golden beer. Lactic acid, malonic- and other wineacids, vinous, red fruit - sangria, but more delicate, refined. Sour, acids, red fruit as cherries, sour grapes, again something sangria-like; old wine, lemon. Very light body, acidthinning and -burn, very light carbonation; lipsmacking acidity. Very vinous, delicate yet serious acidity.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2025) im 2022-06 getrunken. Diese pink/rote Sour Ale zeigt sofort sein Rotwein-Ausbau. Die Säure ist deutlich und zusammen mit den dunklen Kernfrüchte ist es wunderbar für den Sommer geeignet.
