This beer is made once a year for St. Martin’s day. It goes well with a goose and it is malty and pleasantly hoppy.

Tap at Dva Kohouti. Almost clear full amber body, off-white head. Fair bit of milk caramel in the aroma, clean, dry. Milk caramel in the taste, sweetish, followed by a quick herbal bitter note, mild grain. Hm. Okay honestly, not more.

--Keg at Keg Sörművház, Budapest. -- Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Aroma of tea, bread and hay. Mid sweet with above medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Soft bready malt, hay and tea. Long bitter finish. Harmonious and quite delicious.

Can from Pivny raj This is not classic polotmavy It's more like czech pilsner on steroids with spicy kick. I kind of like it though.

Outspoken dry raisins, grape peels starting to ferment, hints of sweet butter, a subtle hint of mint, low oxidation, honey, restrained malt

# 513; 11/2016. Velmi dobrý, silnější polotmavý ležák. Sladší, karamelový chuť dobře vyvážená kořenitou hořkostí. Příjemné tóny sušeného ovoce.

Tap at Zubaty Pes. Dark golden color with thick off-white head. Malty aroma with Saaz hops. Taste, sweet malt followed by light hoppy bitterness., light diacetyl. Very light hoppy bitterness in malty finish. Not best beer from brewery.

Lahev(Diky, Marko…!):Deep golden, hazy, big and slowly collapsing loose off-white head; sweetish pale- and dark-malty nose, backed by a small amount of hops; moderate sweetish flavour, some subdued bitterness detectable, soft & medium bodied; nutty and mildly caramelly finish with a drier bitter(-malty) aftertaste. Dobré pivo, ale to není nejlepší pivo z Broum…

Bottle, shared with Ascelja. Low intensity aroma is sweet malty, ethanol, slightly hop. Deep golden/light amber colored, little cloudy beer. Flavor is very sweet, like brown sugar, malty, grainy, moderately bitter, alcoholic. Bittersweet aftertaste.
Well, I’m afraid it’s only average lager, I expected more from Matuška...
