20/8/2022. Bottle shared at High Five Craft Beer Bar & Shop, Sofia. Pours slightly murky dark amber brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sour berries and cherries, citric acid, wood, vinegars, paint remover. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Medium body. Tart acidic finish. Did like this.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up at 100 Beers. Pours clear copper-ruby with a creamy beige head. Hasn't some fairly strong acetic bite, tart berries, cherry, vinegar, earth, lemon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quenching finish, more assertive acetic twang, tart berries, sweat and vinegar. Nice complexity. It's strong but not excessive. Impressed with this one.

Bottle at a tasting. Strong acetic sourness and overall character throughout - clearly contaminated. Loads of high alcohols too - solvent mostly. Unpleasant, hard to drink, not good. Mostly alcoholic vinegar.

Bottle. Deep amber to brown. Modest off-white head. Weak lacing. Nose: wild yeast, vinegar, sour cherry. Light body. Taste: dry, wild, fruity. Acetic and ascorbic acid. Horse blanket. Additional bothering note from brett yeast that I can't define rightly. Not bad though.

Stubby 33cl bottle I picked up at the brewery, pours a clear, caramel brown with some white head. Big vinegar nose, grainy, pomegranate vinegar, wet wood. Flavor has some sweet notes of caramel and candy, nettles, apple, some champagne which are a bit strange. Finishes dry, spritzy.
