Bottle. Caramel and pear drups in the aroma. Caramelly flavor with banana sweets and soft herbal notes. Sufficient, but not really exciting.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark brown with nice stable frothy beige head. Yeasty aroma, wheat, a slightly sourish note. Taste is wheaty, has an unspecific fruity background, a citrus fresh, also a dry note; starts fizzy, ends with smooth finish. OK.

0,5 l. bottle in to a weizen glass. Bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour, short-lived white, fluffy head - have never seen such a light head in a dunkelweizen. Light sweet aroma with hops, banana, dried fruits and caramel malts. Light sweet taste, but with a sour note. Light to medium body with a thin texture. Fruity, short finish. Refreshing, but lacks more body, and a "dunkelweizen character".

Bottle. Hazy, reddiosh amber coloured, quickly vanishing white fluffy head. Dried fruits and some traces of malt in the nose. moderate sourish-sweetish, a bit bitter, too, flavour, light to medium bodied. Slightly sourish fruity-malty finish. Not bad, but tastes like a coloured "regular" Weizen.......

Bottled(500ml). -from some restaurant on motorway near Augsburg.
Amber coloured, medium sized white head, acidic wheaty lemony nose. Lively carbonation. Yeasty and mild wheaty, discreet fruity and light caramelly taste with notes of orange and touch of cinnamon in the finish.
