Bottle from the brewery, more than three years aged. Clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- nice aged character, sour and funky, apricot, maracuja, white wine, slight touch of rum or bourbon or something. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, maracuja, white currant, a bit funky, white wine, white grapes, wooden barrel. Medium bodied. Great.
Debile z ta marakuja, ale samo piwko, mimo ze zbyt slodkie, to calkiem smaczne, te dzikusy zostawily jakis sympatuczny profil. Nie no, cakiem najs. Mineralne? Sianowate? No najs

75cl bottle at the Zichovec barrel tasting. F: big, white, good retention. C: straw, bit hazy. A: rich wild fruity, passion fruits, sour fruity, orange, tropical fruits, lactic touch. T: medium malty base, sour fruity, bit passion fruits, sour apples, very refreshing, bit puckering, very good, enjoyed.

Bottle at the Zichovec barrel tasting. Their basic clean lactic passionfruit character mixes really well with the white wine flowery flavour. Not much woodiness, but definitely assertive wine. Balanced, thin, med-high carbonation. Very good.
