Rødbrun og uklar i fargen. Lavt hvitt skum. Lukter fruktig. Noe gjær og mildt kirsebær. Både syrlig og fruktig i smak. Syrligheten henger i lenge.

Appearance: Unclear amber color with a frothy off white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Yeast and acidic fruity. Cassis I belive.
Palate: Medium + body. Moderate sweet, and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. A bit dry texture.
Taste: Spicy, acidic fruity and yeast. Ok masked alcohol.
Overall impression: Nice tasty and refreshing ale! Recommended.

31.05.2014, 0,5l bottle @ UNA Bryggeri & Spiseri:
Small slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, hay, Belgian yeast, berry skin, bubblegum, grass, hints of black currants juice. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, yeast, hay, grass, black currants juice, weeds, heather. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. In a way I kind of like it, and it’s kind of interesting. Still, there is something strange yeasty about it that I don’t like very much, and can’t really describe. The first sip is pretty nice, then it just goes down after that. In the long run, a bottle on my own is way too much. Even a third of it is too much...

Shared bottle at Cardinal. Copper color. Sour taste. Aroma of red berries. Sourness balances malt sweetness well.

Brownish red, not much head. Aroma of blackcurrants, red berries and Pink Panther soda, with hints of smoked malt. Some berry sourness and sweet kriek in taste, but blackcurrants squash is still evident, particularly in aftertaste. Interesting experiment. A bit unfresh.
